What I can help with

​Below I have listed some of the presentations I work with and/or have experience with.  Please note this list is not exhaustive and I'd be happy for you to get in touch with me and we can have an initial 30 minute chat about what brings you to therapy at this stage to see if I can assist. 

Loss

I work with loss in all the forms we can experience it as humans.  I have extensive experience in bereavement, but also with loss of relationships, romantic or otherwise, loss of identity, loss / changes in body and what impact that can have.

Whatever the loss is, we experience a form of grief and I am here to help you with it.

Self-esteem

I also work with low self-esteem; both in understanding why we have it but also how we can manage it and begin to change how we view ourselves.

I work with those who doubt themselves, people-pleasers and perfectionists, to help bring their confidence up and start to recognise how resilient they are.

Overwhelm

I help people feel like they can gain some control in their lives when things seem overwhelming or unmanageable.  This can help build you back up after burnout or even prevent it from happening altogether.
